QuickCalc.ai

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This policy explains what data QuickCalc.ai ("we," "us") collects when you use quickcalc.ai, and how it's used. In short: the calculators themselves collect nothing, but the site is supported by advertising and basic analytics, both of which use cookies.

The calculators collect nothing

Every calculation on this site — age, BMI, mortgage payments, unit conversions, and everything else — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers, dates, and other values you type into a calculator are never transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere. There are no user accounts and nothing to sign up for.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can control ad personalization through:

Analytics (Google Analytics)

This site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns — for example, which calculators are most used and which pages have errors. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and reports usage in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

Aside from the advertising and analytics cookies described above, this site sets a single local preference for light/dark theme, stored in your browser only and never transmitted anywhere.

Contact form

If you submit the form on the Contact page, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded to us by email so we can respond. Web3Forms processes that submission on our behalf and is not used for advertising; see their own privacy policy for how they handle it in transit. This data is only collected if you choose to submit the form — nothing is sent unless you fill it out and click send.

Third-party links

Some guide pages link to external resources (building code references, government health guidelines, and similar). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of external sites you navigate to from a link on QuickCalc.ai.

Children's privacy

QuickCalc.ai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the calculators don't collect personal information from anyone, this applies automatically to all visitors regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
