About QuickCalc.ai
QuickCalc.ai is a free, growing library of calculators for home improvement, health and fitness, dates and time, everyday math, personal finance, and a couple of gaming-specific tools. Every calculator is built around the same idea: type a number, get an accurate answer instantly, with no sign-up, no app to install, and no button to click.
What makes it different
Everything runs in your browser. Every calculation on QuickCalc.ai — from a BMI result to a full mortgage amortization schedule — is computed with plain JavaScript on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server to be processed, which means the calculators work instantly and your inputs stay private.
The math is shown, not hidden. Every calculator page explains the actual formula behind the result, with a worked example, rather than just returning a number and leaving you to trust it.
No accounts, no paywalls. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing behind a subscription. The site is supported by display advertising, which is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Sources & methodology
Every calculator is built from a documented, publicly verifiable formula or standard — never an opaque model or an AI-guessed number. Where a calculator is based on an official standard, that source is named directly on the calculator's page:
- Health calculators (BMI, body fat, sleep, due date, ovulation) use standard reference formulas and category thresholds published by the World Health Organization, the CDC, and ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists).
- Finance calculators (paycheck, mortgage, retirement, compound interest) use standard amortization, compounding, and current federal tax-bracket math consistent with IRS publications — though none of them replace an actual tax return or a licensed financial advisor.
- Construction and home-improvement calculators (paint, flooring, drywall, roofing, concrete) use industry-standard coverage rates and waste-factor conventions common across contractor and material-supplier estimating guides.
Every calculator page shows the formula in plain language with a worked numeric example, plus a "Last updated" date, so you can verify the math yourself rather than take a result on faith. If a formula, source, or result ever looks wrong, the Contact page is the fastest way to report it — corrections are made directly to the calculator, not just noted somewhere.
